Shipping and Fulfillment
Thank you for your purchase. Once we have confirmed your payment for stock items, we will prepare and ship out your order out within 1-3 days of placing order and order should arrive within 7-10 business days. If an out-of-stock or build-to-order item is procured, then we will email you with the expected shipping date.
Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number and tracking details inside.
All our transactions are in US Dollars and all card numbers are encrypted.
Do you ship internationally?
We provide domestic shipping at the rate indicated at check out.
International orders and shipping will be handled through our internal sales at sales@thesubsea.com.
How do I track my order status?
You can track your order online by following these steps:
1. Go to shipping courier provider
2. Enter your tracking number.
3. Press "Track now" to process
If you are unable to track your package on the courier tracking page, please do not panic. This means that your parcel was just picked up by our respective courier partner and it is not scanned into the system yet. The tracking information with our logistic partners will be available within 24 hours after shipping
Please contact us at sales@thesubsea.com with your order number and the item’s details if you are still unable to track your parcel by the following business days after item has been shipped out. We will assist you to resolve the issue.
When will I receive my Order?
After your order is shipped out, you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:
For domestic USA order that are in-stock: 7 - 10 working days after shipment
Overseas delivery, out-of-stock and build-to-order items will take longer and will be handled by our inside sales team at sales@thesubsea.com.
Do you deliver during weekends and holidays?
Unfortunately, our courier partners are unable to deliver during weekends or public holidays. Please expect to receive your parcel on working days only.
I just received an email saying that my item has been shipped. When will I receive my order?
Once shipped, you should receive your order within 7–10 business days; exported items will take longer for delivery.
How can I know exact date and time of the delivery?
We are unable to provide you with an exact date and time of the delivery. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, your shipping destination and the courier partner's delivery schedule in your location.
Can I cancel my order after order has been shipped?
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate a request for cancellation once the item has been shipped. Build-to-Order items cannot be cancelled once the order is accepted and the build process has started.
